At CubeDekho, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a product that does not meet expectations, we offer a clear and fair return process.

Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

❌ Returns are not accepted if:

• The product is damaged due to misuse
• The return request is raised after 7 days
• The product shows signs of use or tampering

Return Process

1. Email us at cubedekho@gmail.com with:
   • Order ID
   • Product images/videos clearly showing the issue
2. Our team will review the request within 48 hours
3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email

Refund / Exchange Timeline

• Replacement: Dispatched within 5–7 business days after return approval
• Refund: Processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
